What motivated you to join Cargomatic, and how has your journey evolved since then?
I’ve been in the trucking industry for 7 years prior and saw Cargomatic as a natural stepping stone to help me further challenge myself and achieve personal growth. Since then I’ve been able to see not only the trucking aspect, but also the overall dynamics of what it takes to be able to service our customers in an environment dedicated to meeting their goals and expectations.

How has Cargomatic supported your professional growth and development over the years?
Cargomatic empowers cross-functional collaboration amongst various departments. This has helped me build a strong foundation of understanding and knowledge to make better decisions and execute effectively.

What advice would you give to other women aspiring to advance their careers within Cargomatic or in the logistics industry?
Never stop learning and taking advantage of all opportunities. If it was presented to you, it was meant for you.

Reflecting on your experiences, how do you believe diversity and inclusion have contributed to your success and the success of Cargomatic as a whole?
Being a part of Cargomatic has opened doors for collaboration amongst diverse individuals which encourages different perspectives. This has helped further develop my essential skills like empathy, critical thinking and adaptability.
